Rapprocha

Terms of use and sale

Last updated: Oct. 12, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Rapprocha service, published by the publisher (the “Publisher”). The service is intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their business. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Description of the service

Rapprocha matches the transactions of a bank statement imported as CSV against the invoices of a CSV file, suggests justified matches, lets you review them and produces a CSV export and a PDF report. The service is a decision-support tool: results must be checked by the user, who remains solely responsible for their accounting entries.

3. Account and access

Access is exclusively through a Google account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access and for any activity carried out from your account. You warrant that the information associated with your account is accurate.

4. Plans, credits and prices

The service offers a free plan and paid plans described on the Plans page, with their limits (number of reconciliations per month, file size, number of rows). 1 credit corresponds to 1 reconciliation run, whatever the number of transactions within the plan's limit. A reconciliation that fails does not use a credit. Monthly credits cannot be carried over. Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax; applicable VAT is added where due.

5. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions, payable in advance by card through our payment provider Stripe; we do not store your card data. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro rata refund is due, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. No right of withdrawal

As the service is intended for professionals, the right of withdrawal provided for by consumer law does not apply.

7. Your obligations

You undertake to import only data that you have the right to process, not to use the service unlawfully or abusively (intrusion attempts, overloading, circumventing limits, unauthorized resale) and to comply with applicable regulations, in particular regarding personal data protection.

8. Your data

You remain the owner of the files and data you import. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the service. You can delete each reconciliation and its files at any time. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

We use reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for accounting or financial decisions made on the basis of the service's results, nor for indirect losses.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use or non-payment, after notice where possible. You may stop using the service and request the deletion of your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. In the event of a substantial change, subscribers are informed in advance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office have sole jurisdiction, including in the case of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
